MY COMPUTER

Since I'm frequently asked, my home computer is a
Macintosh PowerBook G3 FireWire (Pismo) with a 500MHz processor 256 megs of RAM; an 11.25 gig internal hard drive
plus a 60 gig, 7200 RPM external FireWire drive with an Oxford 911 chipset; a Sony 200ES
17" .25mm pitch Trinitron Graphic Display; a CapSure PCMCIA video capture
card; Apple's DVD-ROM expansion bay module, a VST Zip drive module, and their
CD-RW module; a Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro; a
Logitech 2-button, scroll wheel, optical, USB mouse; and a partridge in a pear
tree. ;-) And the whole thing is plugged into a 512kbps DSL line. Plus, I own an ice-colored
Handspring Visor PDA with hotsync cradle, 8 megs of RAM, and a backup module
that fits the expansion slot. Yes, these nifty things are completely PalmOS compatible, and don't cost nearly as much as
3Com's equivalent units.
Hey, hopefully soon, I'll be offering my
PowerBook 3400/200
for sale. Lots of peripherals, including a docking station. Contact me if you're interested.
